1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the billing and shipping details you provide are accurate.

2. Pricing & availability

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep stock levels accurate, but in rare cases an item may be unavailable after you order — in that case we will notify you and issue a full refund.

3. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe, PayPal, or other listed methods. By submitting your order you authorise us to charge the listed total to your payment method.

4. Shipping & risk of loss

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maviloft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the product in question.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
