Shipping Policy

We ship from our partner warehouses to most countries worldwide. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing it the same business day (or the next business day for weekend orders).

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time

United States: 7–15 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 8–16 business days
Canada / Australia: 10–18 business days
Rest of world: 12–25 business days

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and chosen service. Free shipping promotions, when active, are shown on the home page.

Customs & duties

Most orders ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). If your country charges import duties or VAT on imported goods, the buyer is responsible for those charges. Please consult your local customs office for details.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
