Refund & Returns
We want you to love every Maviloft purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
30-day window
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
How to start a return
- Email mavinifo@outlook.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
- We’ll respond within 24 business hours with the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back using a tracked service.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email a photo within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at no cost — you do not need to return the damaged item.
Items not eligible for refund
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items used, washed, or with broken seals (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned without prior authorisation
Return shipping
For non-defective returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. For defective or wrong-shipment cases, Maviloft covers all costs.
